You only receive an order confirmation by email when you start a subscription. To keep track of your orders, you can log in and see your next order, as well as all upcoming and previous orders.
If you did not receive an order confirmation at the start of your subscription, it may be that the email address is misspelled. If that seems to be the case, please contact us with your full name, email address, delivery address, and phone number so that we can find and verify your account.
