The payment is taken at the same time that the order is created. After that, it will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our warehouse. The general delivery times vary between 4-9 business days* depending on your location. To see the estimated delivery time for your order you can check your order in your account or on your order confirmation.

Sometimes it can take longer, but contact us with your order number if you have waited more than 3 extra business days after your latest estimated delivery date.

*Processing and delivery times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

*We are changing payment processors which means direct debit payments need to go through a verification process to confirm the transfer is successful. This will cause delays with direct debit transfers and the shipping of your order (up to 14 days). You can change your payment method to a credit card or PayPal if you'd like to prevent delays.
