What is your refund and reclamation policy?Updated 2 months ago

If your Estrid product did not live up to your expectations, please contact us with your order number, let us know what's wrong and we will help you out.

If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit. We need this information to verify your account.

You will receive a response from us within 14 business days of receipt of your complaint. If you don't agree with the solution or we don't find a way to solve this together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
