My order was returned, what do I do?Updated 3 months ago

When an order is returned you will be notified. Please contact us with the order number and let us know if you would like a refund or if you would like to have your order resent*.

You can see which order was returned by logging into your account and visiting your previous orders. Please also make sure your address is correct before contacting us.


*Keep in mind that sometimes returns take time before they arrive at our warehouse and we/you are notified. This means your (returned) order may have already been resent to you if it was considered lost; in which case, you can disregard the notification.
