Refills and starter kits are shipped as letters and will be delivered directly to all standard-size mailboxes. Larger orders and those containing body care products will be shipped in a box and may be left outside your door or delivered to a service point. You will be notified by mail if your package is delivered to a service point.
Delivery times vary between 4-9 business days (Monday-Friday). Our shipping partners depend on your location and are as follows:

Do you live outside those countries and want to use a parcel forwarding service to receive your Estrid package? We do not recommend it, and will not be liable for any missing packages.
We also do not deliver to parcel stations and don't recommend sending our products to business addresses. You can conveniently order our products to your home. Many of them even fit through your mailbox, so they'll arrive even if you're not home.
