How does the referral code work?Updated 3 months ago

Each customer has a referral link that they can share with friends. When your friends purchase through your link, they will receive 70% off a Starter Kit with a subscription. After your friend has placed their order, you will receive credits in your account that you can redeem for a discount code, worth one order of refill blades.

Before you get started, there are some things to keep in mind:

• Only 10 friends can get 70% off of the Starter Kit using the same referral link. If you share your link with more than 10 friends, it will not work.
• Your discount code can only be used on subscription orders and must be used within 12 months or it will expire.
• The discount code is not automatically redeemed but you can copy your discount code under Redeem Credits in your account. Go to your next order and click "Add discount" to apply your code.
• Now you can begin sharing your link! Your friend only needs to click on your referral link and follow the steps. After following the steps, they will receive a personal code that they can apply at checkout.

*Make sure that your friends don't use the same wifi/network as you when they place their order. We've had issues with this, so have them try another network.
