How does the referral code work?Updated 13 days ago

Each customer has a referral link that they can share with friends. When your friends purchase through your link, they will receive 70% off a Starter Kit with a subscription. After your friend's order is fulfilled, you will receive credits in your account. You can redeem 100 credits for a code to receive either €6 * off a body care product, or a free subscription refill order.

Before you get started, there are some things to keep in mind:

• You cannot share the link with yourself, it will not work.
• If you redeem a code for a free refill, it can only be used on subscription orders (Your subscription needs to be active) and must be used within 12 months, or it will expire.
• The code is not automatically redeemed, but you can copy your code under Redeem Credits in your account. Go to your next order and click "Add discount" to apply your code.
• Only one code can be redeemed per order.
• Make sure that your friends don't use the same wifi/network as you when they place their order. We've had issues with this, so have them try another network.
• Now you can begin sharing your link! Your friend only needs to click on your referral link, and follow the steps. After following the steps, they will receive a personal code that they can apply at checkout.

*The €6 will convert to your local currency according to the daily rate of where the euro stands at the time.
