How do I change frequency, skip a shipment, or change the date of my subscription?Updated 5 hours ago
If you want to change how often you receive new blades, you can change the frequency in your account. When you log in, go to Manage Subscriptions and choose the subscription you wish to adjust.
You can choose between receiving your blades every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days, and don't forget to save your changes before leaving the page.
You also have the option to skip your next delivery, reschedule it, or temporarily pause your subscription.
*Currently, we are in the process of transitioning to a new system to improve your experience. Because of this, there is a possibility that you may lose access to your subscription, credits, and account for a few days. Don't worry, though! We've made sure that you will not be charged during this process.
